Yemen’s Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi has been killed in Israeli strikes, announced Al Jumhuriya TV channel and Aden al-Qad newspaper, APA reports, citing Euronews.
It was noted that along with the prime minister, his aides were also killed.
Israeli officials, meanwhile, believe that Houthi Defense Minister Mohammed al-Atifi and Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Mohammed Abdulkarim al-Qamari were also killed in the strikes.
However, Israel has not confirmed these claims and is conducting an investigation into the matter.
The Houthis have not confirmed the killing of the officials.
