A Japanese oil tanker has passed through the Strait of Hormuz with Iran’s coordination, APA’s Tehran bureau reports, citing Tasnim News Agency.
Japan’s “Idemitsu Maru” tanker, carrying 2 million barrels of crude oil, transited the Strait of Hormuz with Iran’s coordination. It was stated that the tanker departed from Saudi Arabia’s Ras Tanura port on April 17.
Note that the “Idemitsu Maru” tanker had been stationed at a Saudi Arabian port since the end of February.
