The armed conflict in the Middle East is escalating, posing a real threat to infrastructure projects and disrupting global supply chains connected to the region, according to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed al-Sudani, APA reports.

"The war has escalated, and all countries are in immediate danger," the Iraqi prime minister said, according to the INA news agency. He asserted that the current conflict "threatens all infrastructure projects in the region, disrupts energy supplies, and disrupts global supply chains."

Al-Sudani strongly condemned attacks on diplomatic missions, particularly the recent attack on the US embassy in Baghdad, stating that such attacks "expose Iraq to grave consequences." "Only the state," the prime minister stated, "has the authority to make decisions regarding war."
