Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Esmail Baghaei, has commented on the claims made by US officials regarding Iran’s ballistic missile and nuclear program, APA reports.
He described these claims as unfounded on his “X” account.
Baghaei noted that “what US officials claim about Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile program, as well as what they said about the death toll during the unrest that occurred in January, is simply a lie.”
Note that US President Donald Trump, during his speech in Congress, stated that Iran has already developed missiles capable of threatening Europe and US bases abroad. He added that Iran is working on creating missiles that could soon reach the United States.
