Iran and the United States have put forward practical initiatives regarding sanctions and nuclear documents, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said regarding the third round of talks with the US in Geneva, APA reports.
“I can only say that important proposals and practical initiatives have been put forward both on the nuclear issue and on the lifting of sanctions. Both sides approached the discussions seriously,” Esmail Baghaei said on Iranian television.
He stated that the consultations in Geneva lasted approximately three hours with the participation of the Omani Foreign Minister and the Director General of the IAEA.
The talks will resume today after the delegations complete their internal consultations.
