Azerbaijan has extradited Mayank Singh, one of the most wanted Indian criminal authorities, to India, APA reports.
Singh, who was arrested in Baku last year, was brought to Ranchi, the capital of the Indian state of Jharkhand, by the Indian Anti-Terrorism Squad.
