A meeting was held in Turkmenistan between Iran’s Vice President Mohammad Reza Arif and Armenia’s President Vahagn Khachaturyan, APA reports.
The meeting took place within the framework of the 3rd UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.
The parties discussed the upcoming visit of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Armenia.
Additionally, there was an exchange of views on trade, agriculture, science, and technology between Iran and Armenia.
Iran’s Vice President stated that companies operating in his country are ready to participate in transport, dams, residential settlements, and other infrastructure projects in Armenia.
The President of Armenia emphasized the deepening relations between his country and Iran and expressed eager anticipation for Pezeshkian’s visit to Armenia.
