We do not accept a ceasefire, but if there is an idea to end the war once and for all, we will consider it, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in an interview with Al Jazeera, APA reports.
According to him, many countries among Iran’s friends are ready to play a role in establishing peace.
He thanked all friendly countries working towards this, but stated that they do not accept a ceasefire.
The foreign minister noted that if there is any idea regarding de-escalation that meets Iran’s conditions, including putting a definitive end to the war across the entire region and compensating for the damage inflicted on Iran, they will certainly listen to and consider such an idea.
