The US military will expand its presence around Venezuela until that country returns the oil, land, and other assets it "previously stole" to Washington, said US President Donald Trump in Truth Social, APA reports.
"Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest armada ever assembled in the history of South America. It will only grow, and they will be hit like they have never seen before. This will continue until they return to the United States all the oil, land, and other assets they previously stole from us," Trump wrote.
"America will not allow criminals, terrorists, or other countries to rob, threaten, or harm our nation, nor will we allow a hostile regime to seize our oil, land, or any other assets that must be returned immediately to the United States," the White House incumbent added.
