Baku-APA. President Barack Obama says the best way to put Americans back to work is by passing the jobs bill he sent to Congress two weeks ago, APA reports quoting Associated Press.
Obama spoke Saturday night at the annual awards banquet of the Congressional Black Caucus.
Obama needs to do better with black voters to win re-election next year.
Black voters turned out in droves for Obama in 2008, but there was a sharp decline two years later.
Obama’s speech came as he cranks up grass-roots efforts across the Democratic spectrum.
