Baku-APA. At least 21 people were killed, including 17 tourists, in an armed attack on a museum in the capital Tunis on Wednesday, Tunisia's Prime Minister Habib Essid said, APA reports quoting Associated Press.
Five "terrorists" carried out the attack on Bardo Museum, two of them were killed by security forces, Essid said in a press conference.
A Tunisian citizen and a a policeman were also killed in the attack, Essid said.
The prime minister pointed out that about 100 tourists were inside the museum when it was attacked.
