The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan introduced an amendment to the decision dated February 25, 2016 "On additional measures to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Surakhani, Nasimi, Khatai, Narimanov, Nizami, Yasamal, Sabail, Pirallah and Khazar districts of Baku," APA reports.
According to the amendment, from now on, the executive authorities of the districts will not coordinate with the State Committee for City Building and Architecture of Azerbaijan Republic relevant documentation on the construction of buildings that will be erected in place of emergency structures, as well as facilities with expired normative life.
