The Ministry of Education has announced the results of transfer of students from local and foreign educational institutions or their change of one specialty for another, as well as transfer of students studying at local vocational schools and doing master’s degree.
1,067 requests over bachelor’s degree, 15 requests over master’s degree, and 186 requests over vocational education have been approved, the Ministry of Education told APA.
The ministry said that there have been 650 transfers from local universities and 26 students from foreign ones.
“Transfer.edu.az portal was launched in 2016 for the purpose of simplifying student transfer and ensure transparency. Student transfer and specialty change are carried out with the consent of the Ministry of Education winter and summer holidays,” the statement said.
