The remains of the martyr Elman Javadov Khurshud, who was believed to have gone missing and whose burial place and identity were determined after 32 years, were handed over to his family, APA reports.
A farewell ceremony was held for martyr Elman Javadov in Sumgait.
The remains of the martyr were laid to rest in Alley of Martyrs in Sumgait.
Martyr Elman Javadov was born in 1973 in Sumgait city. He studied at school No. 3. In 1992, he was enlisted for active military service.
On July 19, 1992, he went missing in Aterk village of Aghdara district.
