On November 13, the next phase of relocation to the Dashbulag and Badara villages of the Khojaly district was carried out, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the Khankendi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts told APA’s Karabakh bureau.
A total of 15 families comprising 50 people were relocated to the two villages today.
Of them, 9 families have permanently settled in the Dashbulag village, and 6 families in the Badara village. Speaking at the ceremony for the presentation of keys to the new houses, Mahmud Afandiyev, Deputy Executive Director of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in the Khankendi city, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts, congratulated the residents on their return to their native lands.
M. Afandiyev stated that the social welfare and employment of the resettled families are being kept in focus, and job opportunities are being created for them both in the public and private sectors. All necessary conditions have also been provided for those wishing to engage in entrepreneurial activities.
Recall that in the previous phases, 21 families (91 people) were relocated to the Dashbulag village, and 31 families (117 people) to the Badara village. At present, all the necessary infrastructure for residents’ comfortable living — electricity, gas, water, communication, and utility services — has been fully restored in both settlements.

Those relocating to the Badara and Dashbulag villages of the Khojaly district are families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
9 families — 31 people — have been resettled in the Dashbulag village, and 6 families — 19 people — in the Badara village.
