The residents who relocated to the village of Horovlu in the Jabrayil district in the next phase have been presented with the keys to their homes, APA’s local correspondent reports.
In this phase, 66 people — 18 families — have been resettled in the village of Horovlu.
Representatives of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, took part in the presentation ceremony.

Another resettlement process to the Horovlu village of the Jabrayil district has taken place, APA’s local bureau reports.
Today 18 families — 66 people — arrived in the village of Horovlu.
The returning residents were welcomed by representatives of the Special Representative Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, as well as specialists from the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons and ANAMA.
The residents returning to their native land expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care they have received. They also thanked the Azerbaijan Army, heroic soldiers and officers, and wished God’s mercy upon the martyrs and patience to their families.
