On November 18, another relocation to the village of Seyidbayli in the Khojaly district took place, the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the cities of Khankendi, Aghdara, and the Khojaly district told APA.
11 families consisting of 36 people were resettled in this phase.
These individuals are former internally displaced persons who had been temporarily settled for many years in various regions of the republic, particularly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. Today, the residents returning to Seyidbayli were presented with the keys to their new homes.
Note that in previous stages, 27 families — a total of 91 people — were relocated to the village.
