Today, the families relocated to Sos village in Khojavand were handed the keys to their homes, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
After being welcomed, residents were provided with detailed information by ANAMA staff about the dangers posed by mines and unexploded ordnance. They were advised to avoid unknown objects and, if encountered, report them to the relevant authorities.
The key handover ceremony was attended by officials from the Office of the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, and other authorities. The families received their keys and settled into their homes.
Note that in this stage, 20 families, totaling 80 people, were relocated to Sos village. These families had previously been temporarily accommodated in dormitories, sanatoriums, pioneer camps, unfinished buildings, and administrative facilities across various regions of the country. All necessary conditions have been provided for their settlement in the new homes.
