Highly skilled specialists and scientists determined from Azerbaijan for education abroad for degree of doctor - <font color=red>PHOTO</font>

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva - APA. President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Mahmud Karimov and Vice-President Akif Alizadeh held briefing on reforms in science. President of the Academy Mahmud Karimov told that the purpose of the president Ilham Aliyevâ€™s order on â€œFinancing of young scientists of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences for education at European scientific centersâ€ is to make scientific researches in the country in the level of modern standards, increase of scientific personnel of the country and expedite the guarantee of Azerbaijani scienceâ€™s integration into international one. The reserve fund of the Azerbaijani president will allocate 500 000 AZN to the young scientistsâ€™ education at European scientific centers.

Academician A. Alizadeh noted that 10 highly skilled specialists and scientists have already been determined for education abroad. 3 of them are from Geology, 2 from Cybernetics, 2 from Botany and one from Zoology institutes.

The young scientists will study at the Serzh Pontuaz University and Frenel institute of France, Gent in Belgian, Leoben in Austrian, Bremen in Germany, Bilefeld, Yena universities named after Fridrix Shiller, Spanish National Research Council and in other scientific centers.

Alizadeh noted that the scientific personnel of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences became adult and there is a need for young specialists.
