Baku - APA. Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages (ALU), Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs and Inter-parliamentary Relations Samad Seyidov met with the Czechiaâ€™s ambassador to Azerbaijan Radek Matula. Several issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting, press service of the Azerbaijan University of Languages told APA. Seyidov noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Czechia are developing and inter-parliamentary relations are also important. Chairman said the delegation of the Azerbaijani parliament may visit Czechia soon.

Ambassador noted that Azerbaijan is an important and strategic partner for Czechia. He also said that inter-parliamentary relations are very important.

Afterwards, touching upon relations in the field of education, Seyidov noted that Azerbaijan has productive cooperation on education with Czechia.

Speaking about the importance of developing the relations in the spheres of education, science, culture, Matula noted that the relations of Azerbaijan University of Languages with Czech universities may be another step in this direction.
