The initial stage of the Level 1 self-evaluation exercise of the Azerbaijani Army's peacekeeping battalion and Military Police company declared to NATO's Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC) program has been successfully completed, the Ministry of Defense told APA.
During the exercise, inspections were conducted of the vehicles, supplies, and equipment in service with the units, and their level of compliance with NATO standards and requirements was assessed.
Note that the assessment is being carried out by OCC evaluators from various NATO headquarters and partner countries, with the participation of NATO's Allied Land Command.
