Gilan Holding: Working with youths is one of our targets

Baku. Vusal Nabiyev - APA-Economics. An exhibition “Carrier Day” was held at Azerbaijan University.

APA-Economics reports the exhibition under the motto of “First step in carrier” was attended by representatives of HR Departments at state bodies, holdings, companies, banks, communication and other organizations.

Recruiting Specialist at Gilan Holding Vusal Muradov said they are interested in participation in all labour fairs, carrier exhibitions: “Working with youths is one of targets. Our company has different vacancies and internship programs for new graduates, students studying in the last year of university. As a larger employer of the country, we try to provide support to youths in this field. As for vacancies, we have over 10 certain experience programs on relevant departments and functions”.

He also noted that there is need for at least 1 or 2 probationers in financial, HR, Legal, IT, audit, supply and other departments: “After the probationer are recruited, they will work on relevant fields within Gilan Holding. Those completing internship program successfully have chance to be recruited in Gilan Holding for full-time”.

Muradov also added Gilan Holding organizes seminars for students to be more successful while finding a job.
