Main cables were burnt in a small area. Internet was cut as the fire was on the main cables. At the moment damaged cables have been repaired,” said A. Gulmammadov.

According to him the reason of the fire was overheat of cables: “The reason of the incident was not cyber attack,” said A. Gulmammadov.
The most part of the country was without internet since the second part of the day on November 16. The outage has caused limitations in the work of internet-providers, Intelligent Transport Management Center and Mass Media.
