Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Baku-Istanbul flight of the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has delayed due to bird strike, head of AZAL press service Pasha Kasamanski told APA-Economics.

AZAL official noted that the aircraft is technically being inspected: “Two flights are implemented from Baku to Istanbul a day. It was decided to merge two flights and implement by a larger aircraftâ€.

As for date of departure of the delayed flight, Kasamanski noted that a decision about this will be passed after confirmation of aircraft’s readiness for flight.
