Single window principle to be applied for granting licence to construction in Azerbaijan - <font color=red>UPDATED - PHOTOSESSION</font>

According to him, the objects on granting of licences are divided into three categories: â€œThese are objects which demand licence for construction, objects which do not demand licence for construction and objects which are constructed on the basis of informatization executionâ€.

Karimov said that, third category houses are the houses which heights are not over 3 floors and 12 meters: â€œBasic demands for them are that, they have to be projected by advanced architecture and its project must accord to urban planning documents. According to procedure in the code, the person who wants to build house must submit that project and his/her application about intention of building the house to the relevant authority. If that authority does not point out a defect or move a motion during a month, the person can start construction works without any permission after a monthâ€.

He also noted that, single window principle will be applied for granting of licence to the construction: â€œThis means that, the persons who want to obtain licence for construction, he/she will apply to state body and get answer from it. The organization which will assume this responsibility is not determined yet. This will be determined by the head of stateâ€.

Karimov says the organization must take the accordance of the construction intention of the person to construction law and norms into the consideration.

Term of permissions for construction is for 3 years.
