According to him, in this area, there were near 2,000 apartments and non-residential areas and 95% of them were moved: â€œDestroying works will be completed by th e end of next month. Communicational lines were changed in that areaâ€.

He noted that, 2-floor underground car park was with the capacity of 4,500 cars was constructed in the area: â€œOver it, there will be constructed a green park. These works must be completed by the end of 2013. Therefore, car parking on the sides of roads, traffic jams will be eliminatedâ€œ.

He also spoke about the two-floor underground car park with the capacity of 2,500 cars and noted that, a condition would be created for parking of 7,000 cars.
