Bakcell announces the second phase of Bakcell Graduate program

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, has announced the second phase of its Bakcell Graduate Program during a presentation ceremony held on February 28, 2012 in Qafqaz University.

This project is aimed at selecting students with high intellect and academic talent among senior year, undergraduate and postgraduate students for the role of Bakcellâ€™s graduates in the field of Technology, Marketing/Sales and Finance. The second phase of the project will target students from the Qafqaz University, Technical University, Khazar University and Baku State University (Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics Department).

Selection of suitable candidates will comprise a four-stage selection process: presentations at the partner-universities, CV submission and selection of the students. First 3 stages will run from 20 February to 6 April 2012. Finally, the students who will successfully qualify all the stages of Bakcell Graduate Program will get a two-month long internship opportunity in Bakcell from 10 April to 10 June 2012.

All Bakcell Graduates will be paid 250 AZN as Internship Allowance. The most successful Bakcell Graduates will be able to turn their internship into a full time job at Bakcell.

â€œWe are proud to say that Bakcell Graduate program proved to be a big success in 2011. Seven students successfully passed the selection process and were offered a three-month internship at Bakcell. Three of them continue their career in network engineering, finance and marketing departments of Bakcellâ€ says Nazmira Shirinova, Head of Human Resources Department of Bakcell.
