Baku. Elnur HUseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Elections to the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Quality of Service Fund of Universal Postal Union were held within the joint session of Council of Administration and Postal Operations Council of UPU in Bern (Switzerland) and Azerbaijan was elected member to this organization.

According to Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Romania put forward candidacy to this place.
