4 filling stations privatized in Azerbaijan last year

Baku. Ali Ahmadov â€“ APA-Economics. 897 small enterprises and objects were privatized last year in Azerbaijan, the State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan told APA.

According to information, 4 filling stations, 2 drug stores, 308 vehicles, 1 cinema, 1 bakerâ€™s, 4 bread-baking plants, 4 construction enterprises and 12 facilities were privatized in 2011.

Besides, 18 facilities of public utility services, 35 trade and public catering facilities, 3 industrial enterprises and equipments, 496 rented nonresidential areas, 9 other areas were made stateless last year.

In general, since start of small privatization in 1996 up to this day, 42,144 small enterprises and objects were privatized. During this period, 10,537 facilities of public utility services, 4,640 trade and public catering facilities, 635 filling stations, 385 bakerâ€™s, 243 bread-baking plants, 977 industrial enterprises and equipments, 10,088 rented nonresidential areas, 293 other areas, 381 drug stores, 12,805 vehicles, 19 health facilities, 54 cinemas and 79 kindergartens were privatized.
