Number of Azercell’s subscribers increases by 10%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Number of Azercell’s subscribers increased by 9.6% year-on-year, said the Company’s spokesman Ahmed Karimov.
According to him, number of subscribers rose 9.6% to 4,220 mln in 2011.
He also noted that, company established near 700 radio base stations in the country and therefore, number of stations reached 2,373. Azercell network covers 99.8% of the population.
