AZAL spokesman Maharram Safarli told APA that at present, the airport is working normally: “Today, we have dispatched flights to Prague, Nakhchivan and Kiev, including Baku-London (BMI) and Baku-Nijniy Novgorod (UTair). Currently, preparation works are underway on implementation of flights in direction of Istanbul, Dubai, Ankara and Moscowâ€.
Safarli noted that in connection with frosty weather in the capital, on February 8, the aircraft on London-Baku route landed in Tehran but yesterday it returned Baku: “All 21 passengers on board have been placed at a hotel in Tehran at the expense of AZAL. Moreover, Aircraft on Kazan-Baku, which obliged to land in Makhachkala, arrived in Baku yesterday and then dispatched again to Kazan. Besides, Baku-Minvodi flight has been implemented, tooâ€.
