Working time of passenger buses can be over earlier, today

According to Sarnishin Nagliyyat OJSC, today, 1,800 buses operate, down 400-500 units from other days.

Spokesman of OJSC Yunis Abdullayev noted that, number of buses was sufficient in the city. Along with this, freezing of roads creates problem for bus drivers: â€œAlthough, there are sufficient buses in the lines, many of them remained at the stations due to frozen roads. Consequently, normal condition schedule changed and waiting increasesâ€. Other cars also impede the buses.

Head of Secretariat of Ministry of Transport Namig Hasanov says weather condition impeded the traffic of buses for some directions: â€œCertain problems were observed in Sumgayit, Sulutapa, Yasamal and Badamdar directions, but the buses operate regularly. However, the buses operate with late due to weather. But there is no serious problemâ€.

This situation will also influence on schedule of the buses. Working time of buses are expected to be earlier than other days.

N. Hasanov noted that, if the weather was bad working time of buses can be reduced by 1-2 hours.

Note that, normal working schedule is until 23:00.
