106 ha area given to oilers in Azerbaijan to construct apartments

According to order of Cabinet of Ministers dated to 19 January, State Oil Company’s 106.41 ha area were given to oilers to construct apartments.

A part of these areas are located in Baku, others in regions. These include 30.1 ha area of Oil and Gas Extraction Department named after A. Amirov of Azneft PU in Lokbatan, 1.38 ha area of Social Development Department Gobustan, 22.0 ha area of Oil and Gas Extraction Department named after Z. Tagiyev of Azneft PU in Khazar District, 14.78 ha area in Hovsan settlement, 7.0 ha area of Bibiheybat Oil and Gas Extraction Department of Azneft PU in Bayil Settlement, 0.10 ha area of Geophysics and Geology Department in Yasamal District.

The areas in the regions allocated for this purpose include 7.69 hectares on the territory of Shirvan, 5.16 hectares in Fatmayi village of Absheron district, 5.76 ha in Imishli, 2.56 hectares in Kursengi village of Salyan and 9.88 ha in Siyazan.

With the aim of building cooperative apartment houses at the expense of workers in the oil industry and queuers for an apartment, a category of the land has been changed and reclassified plots of the village.
