E-registration of legal entities to become duty-free in Azerbaijan

Baku. Ali Ahmadov â€“ APA-Economics. State registration of legal entities in Azerbaijan is likely to become duty-free in three months.

Yesterday, President Ilham Aliyev ordered to put into force the amendments to the Law on State Duty adopted by Parliament on 30 December and establishing state registration of legal entities with no fees.

Currently, the fee for state registration of banks, insurance companies, associations and agents, exchanges, as well as representative offices and branches of foreign companies is AZN 220. Other legal entities must pay AZN 11, companies engaged in agricultural activities - AZN 3.
