Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Despite 23% growth in Azerpoçt Ltd last year, the company still has some profitability problems, Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov told APA-Economics.
Minister said Azerpoçt is still supported by the government and it is needed to carry out reforms in this field. “The joint project carried out by the World Bank and Azerpoçt didn’t bring expected results. The Ministry of Finance intends to carry out reforms together with Azerpoçt this yearâ€.
Minister said consultations on the company’s future are going on. He didn’t rule out the involvement of consulting company.
