Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Telephone Communication Production Association of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies started monitoring of the telephone network in Baku to improve the level of services to the population.
APA-Economics was told at the ministry that besides the face-to-face conversations with the subscribers, the association’s workers call them and ask about the level of service and analyze the results of these conversations.
The problems are solved as a result of sustainable monitoring. According to the preliminary results, the level of services is satisfactory.
