Azerbaijanâ€™s Ministry of Emergency Situations sued executive powers of two districts

To him, the reason of it is that, the executive power does not prevent the illegal project modification in residential buildings.

Asadov said that â€œThough it does not directly concern the ministry, on the basis of the received appeals, the Ministry for Emergency Situations investigated technical state of the buildings, constructed in several districts of Baku. The inspections revealed that there were serious violations, as well as illegal construction modifications at those buildings, and it caused danger situation for the residents: â€œHere we speak about the buildings titled â€œxruÅŸÅŸovkaâ€ and large-panel buildingsâ€.

Most of these facts were recorded in Khatayi, Nasimi, Yasamal and Binagadi districts of Baku. To him, the ministry called the executive powers of these districts to eliminate such violations: â€œThough these violations have been eliminated in some districts, the danger situation still remains in two districts. That is why, we have sued executive powers of two districtsâ€.

Asadov did not call names of those districts.
