Minister Kemaleddin Heydarov: â€œThe new buildings, not exploited so far, will not be destroyed in Azerbaijanâ€

â€œSometimes, we receive such complaints that people live in new buildings, but they have not been provided with gas and other communal services. It is normal. Because, according to law, all technical conditions should be fulfilled and building must be handed over. Only after it, the building can be provided with gas and other communal servicesâ€.

â€œThatâ€™s why, people and the construction companies must pay attention to it and not to repeat the former mistakesâ€, he added.

The minister refused the probabilities on destruction of unexploited buildings so far: â€œThe building will not be destroyed, if it has not technical condition connected with gas, it must solve itâ€.

Heydarov noted that unregistration of buildings creates other problems for those who live there. â€œResidents can not use the phone, they do not have addresses, and so onâ€.

To him, now the Ministry of Emergency Situations and regional executive authorities of the city are working to accelerate the delivery of the building. â€œRecently, people control the house during its purchase. They must consider not only the price but also technical issuesâ€.
