Azerbaijanâ€™s Yeni Hayat construction company intrusted the management of its buildings to one of the worldâ€™s largest companies providing real estate services - NAI Global.

The companies have already signed an agreement. Head of Yeni HAYAT company Rahim Gadirov said that the company was engaged in construction of buildings meeting world standards: â€œOur last project â€œNew Life Cityâ€ is evidence to it. This project comprises residential building, business and trade centersâ€.

To him, under the contract conditions NAI Global will ensure full range of consulting and broker services to Yeni Hayat.

NAI Global official David Godchaux (USA) noted that there were great perspectives in Azerbaijanâ€™s real estate market: â€œAzerbaijan is the stable country of the region. It has favorable position. This market develops rapidly, it even exceeds the Russian marketâ€.

Official says in accordance to todayâ€™s agreement, the buildings of Yeni Hayat will be managed accordingly to the standards, applied in any part of the world. Service fee may change in the range of AZN 0.50 and AZN 10 for 1 mÂ².
