Baku. Azer Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Russia and Azerbaijan noted that, they were ready for cooperation with Iran on implementation of railway project, Iran officials informed.
Iran Railways Director General on International Issues Abbas Nazari noted that, trilateral meeting was planned to hold next month to pass a decision on signing of contract with international advisory company for start of researches.
Nazari noted that, length of railway would make 75 km. Total cost of project will be $400 mln.
Establishment of South-North corridor will connect Europe with Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran and South-Eastern Asia via railway. Most of works will be conducted by Iran, 35-40 mln-works – by Azerbaijan.
