Ministry of Communications and IT launches second hotline

To him, the second hotline has been established at the press service, which aims elimination of each problem and shortcomings occurred during the use of information and telecommunication services, as well as post, radio and TV services, taking operative measures connected with problems, creating direct link between the citizens and the ministry: “Each call received by the mentioned hotline will be directly reported to minister Ali Abbasov at the end of day”.

Amirov said the citizens can call the hotline and express their complaints, as well as opinions and proposals.

Note that, appeals and proposals to the second hotline are received every working day from 09.00 until 18.00, via 598 08 69 phone number.
