Agreement reached on practice exchange in railway sphere between Azerbaijan and Russia

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Today, meeting was held at the Azerbaijan Technical University between transport ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia Ziya Mammadov and Igor Levitin.

Existing historical relations between Russia and Azerbaijan were discussed at the meeting. Development of Russian transport system, application of new technology, increasing of effectiveness of transport relations for the purpose of organization of passenger and cargo transportation, measures taken in direction of mutual cooperation within Southern international transport corridor project and etc issues were touched upon at the meeting.

Besides, agreement was reached in cooperation with Rostov State Railway University, practice exchange of both countries, and other issues.
