Bakcell takes roaming prices down

Bakcell Klass and Gold customers can now use more favorable tariffs while traveling in these countries and stay connected to their family, friends and businesses.

As of March, 2011, Bakcell has reduced rates for roaming calls by 30% - 40% and GPRS roaming costs 70% less in some networks of Russia, UK and Turkey. As smart phones become more widespread, data roaming services become more popular. To offer business customers a convenience of using internet for business purposes while traveling, Bakcell has significantly lowered data roaming costs.

Currently, Bakcell customers can use roaming services in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and Africa â€“ Bakcell has Voice and SMS roaming agreements with operators in 155 countries. Bakcell data roaming services cover 90 networks in more than 60 destinations.
