According to the information, gazi (war participant) filed a complaint against a resident of the Gazakh district, Israfil Mammadov, to Police Department.
Israfil Mammadov, who was invited to the Gazakh District Police Department, violated the operation of the department and committed petty hooliganism, not complying with the law requirements of the police. According to the report, Israfil Mammadov was detained for this reason.
Police captain chief inspector of the Ganja regional group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Eshgin Gasimov, confirmed the fact to APA. He said that articles 535 (deliberate disobedience of a police officer or military serviceman) and 510 (petty mischief) of the Code of Administrative Offenses were drawn up against Israfil Mammadov sent to the Gazakh District Court for consideration.
