In accordance with requirements of Convention "On legal assistance and legal relations on civilian, family, and criminal affairs" dated January 22, 1993, petitions of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan on extradition of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mutallimov Loghman Gulagha and Ibrahimzade Ruslan Rahman have been provided by Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
Both persons have been determined in the territory of the Russian Federation and detained.
On September 1, 2022, Loghman Mutallimov and Ruslan Ibrahimzade were brought to Azerbaijan from the Russian Federation, accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
