In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, another group of firefighters from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has arrived in Turkey to extinguish the ongoing forest fires and prevent their spread, the Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA.

53 firefighting and special rescue vehicles, 1 ambulance, 220 firefighters and a second rescue team will start working in the fire areas today.

It should be noted that the first group of 100 employees of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for Turkey on July 30 and are currently serving in the area of the fire.
