"State control on all construction works in Karabakh has been provided," said Deputy Chairman of State Agency for Control over Construction Safety under the Ministry of Emergency Situations Elkhan Asadov, APA-Economics reports.
"An experience-trial laboratory of the Scientific-Research Institute of Construction Materials named after Dadashov has been established in Shusha city. Old buildings in the area are examined through the laboratory, trial work is underway in new construction squares, and results of experiences are delivered to constructers on time," added E. Asadov.
