Person involved in secret cooperation from Iran was caught when he took sent rifle and drugs-VIDEO

The employees of the Water Transport Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out another successful operation to prevent the illegal circulation of Kalashnikov's automatic rifle and narcotics illegally sent from the Islamic Republic of Iran to our country, the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.

The department received operational information that a person at the Baku International Sea Trade Port would contact a person named Nadir living in Iran and receive weapons and drugs sent by him to the country. A while later, when a person who was involved in secret cooperation within the country, approached the point appointed by the Iranian citizen in advance, took the package sent by that Iranian citizen and wanted to go away from there, he was detained by the water police.

During the investigations, it was determined that he was Orkhan Azizaliyev, a resident of the capital, and during the examination of the package in his hand, 1 "Kalashnikov" automatic rifle, 2 parton combs, 60 cartridges and a large amount of psychotropic substance methamphetamine were found.

Although the detainee stated in his initial statement that the automatic rifle and drugs did not belong to him, he had to confess his crime in the face of irrefutable facts, as well as audio recordings obtained through the operation, which proves that he was in collusion with an Iranian citizen.
