It was announced in which Turkish territories Azerbaijani MES attend to extinguish the wildfires

“The fires have been so intensified in Milas, near Yenikoy Thermal Power Plant, Kemarkoy Thermal Power Plant. The employees of the Ministry of Emergency situations of Azerbaijan have shown great selflessness in extinguishing and protecting these fires”, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, Lieutenant General Etibar Mirzayev said, APA's correspondent sent to Turkey reports.

The deputy minister noted that starting from 30 of the previous month, the fire and rescue team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have come to the Mugla province of Turkey in 4 stages: “We have been involved in abattling the fires in the first days of our arrival. The fires in the mentioned areas have been extinguished. Currently, our employees carry out the protecting works with an alternating mode in those regions”.

E. Mirzayev noted that Azerbaijani forces additionally fought against fires in the direction of Pinar, Karayer, Kavvachik, Chayhisar, Zeytunalani, Otmanlar, Cogenli pasture of Goycegiz district: “We achieved extinguishing fires in Yatagan region, Hajiveliler, Yumakli, as well as Cine, Akcaova, Kabaklidere regions of Aydin Province, Kabakli-Huseyn pasture, Seyidli-Kemer region, center of Mentese, Gazeller, plain area of Mugla, Kozaagac, Yilanli mountain range. Furthermore, tasks have been executed in Orhaniye, Hisaronu, Armudlu, Deyirmanyani, Acparan, Turgut, Fetiyye region in Marmaris, around Dalaman airport, Burduk, Tavas, Urduk-Bujak region of Denizli."
