"An investigation on the videos, taken by Armenian servicemen and disseminated on social media, is continued now at the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office," said Chairman of Investigation Department of Prosecutor General's Office Nemat Avazov at the conference on "War crimes by Armenia against people of Azerbaijan during latest 30 years" organized by Center for Social Researches, APA reports.
Nemat Avazov has noted that there are many facts, such as the killing of a captured military serviceman by cutting his throat, and the killing of an injured military serviceman who was unable to resist and could not move his hands and feet with multiple blows to the head with the butt of a machine gun: "Is not our person a human, but an Armenian person is? This approach is unacceptable."
